This device is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defect. We understand to replace this device at our option, or any part thereof which, we are satisfied, was originally defective in material or workmanship, provided that the device or its part/s is returned, freight paid to our nearest branch/dealer within 12 months from the date of initial installation. We cannot however, accept responsibility if the device is found to be tampered with / opened / repaired by person/s other than those authorized by us to carry out maintenance / repairs. Warranty does not cover consequential damage / defects of any nature caused by installations / usage of the device apart from our Standard Operating Procedures. Customers are requested to adopt proper safety measures in the circuit to avoid non-standard conditions for installation that may lead to failure. This warranty excludes every condition or warranty, whether statutory or otherwise, whatsever not herein expressly set out.

 

Note:- To avail the warranty, this card must be produced at the time of lodging complaint along with purchase documents, bearing the device reference number.

 

POINTS TO BE NOTED:

WHAT IS THE DATE OF INSTALLATION:

The "Date of Installation" is the date that the original installation is complete and all Product start - up procedures have been properly completed and verified by the installer's invoice. If the installation date cannot be verified, then the 'Date of Purchase' will considered as 'Date of Installation'. The purchaser should keep and be able to provide your original sales receipt from the seller as proof of the Date of Purchase. In new construction installations, the Date of Purchase will be the date the owner possessed the premise of installation from the builder / seller of the premises.

 

WHO IS COVERED:

Owner accupied: The "Original Owner" of this product, which means the original purchaser of the product. Warranty is not transferrable. If the product is moved to a different location by the purchaser without notifying the company, the warranty stands void.

Original Owner: This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or if the product is moved to a different location after the initial installation.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Standard Limited Warranty is provided to the Original Owner of the Product. The remedy provided in this warranty is exclusive and is granted in lieu of all other remedies. This warranty does not cover incidental or cosequential damages. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and which may very state to state. This warranty covers units installed within india only.

 

ONE YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY:

This warranty cover all defects in workmanship or material for the electronic and electrical parts contained in the Product ("Defective Parts") for a period of 1 year from the Date of Purchase.

Punto Corporation Pvt. Ltd. will provide new or refurbished parts, or a replacement fot all or part of the unit, at its sole discretion, to authorized service center / distributor. This warranty also covers all defects in workmanship or material for the controller for a period of 1 year. Punto Corporation Pvt. Ltd. will repair or will provide a new or refurbished controller, at its sole discretion.

EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:

Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in this "Limited Warranty". Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of perticular purpose are limited to one year from the date of purchase or installations as applicable & mentioned above.

 

DISCLAIMER:

This warranty does not cover: 

1) Damage from improper installation by unauthorized personnel.

2) Damage in shipping managed privately by the purchaser.

3) Defects other than from manufacturing (i.g. workmanship or materials).

4) Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or incorrect electrical voltage / current.

5) Damage resulting from fires other than electrical hazards.

6) Damage resulting from the wind, lightning on premises, accidents or similar conditions like act of God.

7) Damage from installation / other services done by person/s except authorized installation crew.

8) Corrosion or other internal damage due to corrosives, perticular/s like soot, fan cleaning, etc.

9) Normal Maintenance at purchaser's will, such as cleaning interior dust, fan cleaning , etc.

10) Product used beyond assigned load.

11) Product re-installed outside the premise mentioned in 'Energy Audit' done before installation.
